Job summary

Chainguard, a trusted source for open source, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives and drive revenue growth across APAC. You will report to the VP of International Sales and shape strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.

Qualifications

6+ years in selling a technical product (open source, DevOps, or security).
3+ years leading high-performing software sales teams.
Experience selling to Fortune 500 and large enterprises.
Familiarity with CSP marketplaces and CRM/marketing automation.
Willingness to travel and work across APAC.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives.
Drive revenue and forecast for the team.
Build and improve AE onboarding and ramping processes.
Prepare forecasts, territory/industry plans and growth plans.
Establish metrics and report team performance.
Drive alignment with marketing, CS, BDR, SE, and customer engineering.
Set the strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.
