Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers APAC – Global Infrastructure Development is seeking a Senior Technical Site Due Diligence Manager to drive site selection, due diligence, and master planning for new and existing data centre regions. You will coordinate internal resources and external consultants to assess power, regulatory, and environmental factors, shaping project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical due diligence for hi-tech facilities.
• Strong program management and regional delivery.
• Knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional technical due diligence and site evaluation for data centre projects.
• Develop TDD criteria and Go/No Go recommendations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.
• Produce test fits and drawings using SketchUp/CAD to support site development.
• Create and manage project timelines, risk logs and data-driven reports.
