Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Technical Site Due Diligence Manager to support data centre expansion and construct across APAC regions. You will lead technical due diligence, master planning, and permitting strategies, coordinating internal teams and external consultants to identify risks, costs, and timelines for new and existing facilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Construction, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in technical due diligence for data centre site development.
• Strong program management and ability to run multiple high‑priority projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Due Diligence and site selection risk analysis for expansion in new and existing regions.
• Coordinate internal resources and external consultants to complete TDD and master planning.
• Develop permitting strategies and project timelines with clear assumptions and deliverables.
• Produce and review TDD reports, assessments, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and value through third‑party appointments.
