Job summary
NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company in Asia Pacific, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to uphold Scrum values and enable high-velocity software delivery across cross-functional teams. You will foster a psychological safe environment and drive continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities include coaching teams, facilitating ceremonies, coordinating with Product Owners, and removing impediments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3 years of Scrum-Master experience.
- At least 7 years in software design and development, with 3 years in agile projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams (developers, UX, QA, DevOps, product stakeholders).
- Proficient English communication and presentation skills.
- Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, PSM, PPO, or PMI-ACP) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers and project teams on Agile processes and values.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure proper Agile practices.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Apply Agile metrics to help teams improve velocity and cycle time.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to groom backlog and manage technical debt.
- Lead delivery plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
