Job summary

DLL is seeking a Sales Manager in Singapore to drive incremental new business through relationship management and business development with a mix of partners and direct customers. You will collaborate across Sales Support, Credit, Operations and Finance, managing key accounts and achieving individual sales targets.

Based in Singapore, you will work with global and local partners in Construction, Technology, Transport and Industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in a vendor or channel-focused finance sales / business development role.
• Experience developing new partner programs is essential.
• Strong understanding of equipment financing in Construction, Technology, Transport and Industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Expand and maintain partnerships through proactive relationship management and new business development.
• Develop and execute program management strategies to exceed sales budgets for existing partners.
• Create new programs with global and local partners to drive growth leveraging DLL’s network.
• Train partner sales teams to enhance finance penetration and reach high-quality customers.
• Handle first-line escalation for non-standard enquiries, pricing, Terms & Conditions, and settlement issues.
• Collaborate with partners to streamline applications, approvals and settlements and address partner queries.
