Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional Sales & Growth Leader to drive the LLP portfolio, accountable for annual new business targets across AGP, ACG, revenue and GP, working with regional and country sales teams in APAC.

You will lead major LLP bids, own end-to-end solution development, negotiate with customers, present executive reviews, and ensure a smooth handover to implementation; travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 12+ years in product development, business development, or commercial roles in logistics.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver LLP growth strategy with target sectors and key customers.
• Build, manage and convert LLP sales pipeline; hunt new opportunities.
• Lead customer engagements to identify requirements and value opportunities.
• Shape solutions with a consultative approach; drive deal progression.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal approvals with customers.
• Oversee end-to-end solution development and handover to implementation teams.
• Establish governance across contracting, solution development, and in-country teams.
• Foster senior stakeholder relationships and regional leadership alignment.
