Job summary

BIT is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own RWA token products across their full lifecycle, from specifications through security audits and launch. This hands-on IC role requires writing detailed PRDs and coordinating development, QA, and security reviews.

You will drive DeFi and multi-chain integrations with engineering and security, lead cross-functional communications with international partners, and collaborate with BD, marketing, and operations to support launches and go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in fintech, payments, crypto/Web3, or digital assets.
• Excellent, near-native English communication written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for RWA token products (e.g., STBT, XAUm).
• Write PRDs and coordinate development, QA, and security audits through to launch.
• Drive DeFi and multi-chain integrations with engineering and security teams.
• Lead product and technical communications with international partners.
• Partner with BD, marketing, and operations to support launches and go-to-market.
