Job summary

Binance is seeking a Research Analyst to join a small, high‑impact team building a tokenized equity capital markets suite from the ground up. You will support the full lifecycle from due diligence and modeling to research memos and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast moving environment.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, build scalable processes, and own meaningful workstreams from inception through launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of ECM or investment banking experience.
• Deep understanding of equity capital markets and IPO mechanics.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to build processes.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or interest in on‑chain equity.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on issuers, vendors, partners, presenting findings clearly.
• Build financial models to evaluate product structures and deal economics.
• Conduct market research benchmarking products and participants to inform strategy.
• Prepare memos and management presentations translating analysis into recommendations.
• Monitor equity capital markets developments and surface risks and opportunities.
• Support lifecycle from research through to execution on cross‑functional projects.
