You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage communications with candidates and clients. The role covers onboarding, recruitment administration, job adverts, documentation, and ensuring MOM compliance. Work from home flexibility is provided, with potential changes based on company needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CEI certification.
• Experience in recruitment, HR, manpower outsourcing or related work is an advantage.
• Excellent communication with candidates and clients.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to handle multiple vacancies concurrently.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment/work pass matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely hiring updates.
• Manage job adverts and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding and deployment of selected candidates.
• Support work pass applications and related admin.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with MOM requirements.
