You will set up and optimize campaigns, test hypotheses, work with BI dashboards, and collaborate with the creative team to develop assets and ideas that drive growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads in the gamedev industry.
• Experience in Web and mobile, with emphasis on Web.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables).
• Experience briefing the creative team and giving feedback.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting.
• Willingness to learn and test new hypotheses.
• Experience with BI systems.
• Ability to demonstrate high ROI.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs for ROAS and CPA.
• Form and test hypotheses to improve campaign performance.
• Work with BI systems to monitor results.
• Create and develop creatives.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions.
