Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads in the gamedev industry.
• Experience in Web and mobile, with emphasis on Web.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables).

• Basic knowledge of statistics.

You will be responsible for:

• — Setting up, launching, optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve KPIs for ROAS; CPA.
• — Formation and testing of hypotheses to find points of growth in the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• — Work with BI systems.
• — Creation and development of creatives.
• — Participation in team brainstorm sessions.
• — Communication with partners regarding the purchase of traffic.
• — Market research and competitor analysis for UA insights and references.

What we’re looking for:

• — At least 3 years of experience working with Google ADS in the gamedev industry in general.
