Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a remote, part-time marketing contractor to train and evaluate AI systems using real-world marketing tasks. You will draft prompts, create rubrics for accuracy and brand fit, and blend campaign data with guidelines to generate realistic scenarios.

You will also verify outputs and refine data complexity to suit task difficulty. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in demand generation, content and product marketing, plus comfort with analytics and attribution

Qualifications

• Experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related field.
• Ability to check marketing claims and decide whether conclusions follow from the underlying data.
• Strong brand judgment and the ability to explain brand alignment using specific criteria.
• Comfort with campaign performance data, attribution reports, and competitive positioning documents.
• Ability to define precise, verifiable standards for marketing outputs, not just judge writing quality.

Responsibilities

• Write realistic prompts about announcement drafts, competitive positioning, and campaign attribution analysis.
• Create scoring rubrics for factual accuracy, brand fit, data support, and other checkable standards.
• Combine campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs into realistic task settings.
• Complete tasks yourself to check that the scenario, expected answer, and rubric work together.
• Adjust data complexity, guideline detail, and attribution uncertainty to set the task difficulty.
• Review and correct AI-generated prompts or rubrics when needed.
