Qualifications

• Builder mindset with no-code/low-code tools like n8n, Make, Zapier and LLM APIs.
• Basic-to-intermediate Python/JavaScript/TypeScript for webhooks and data parsing.
• Marketing context: understand creative briefs, ad performance data, content distribution flows.
• Pragmatic problem-solving: decide when automation suffices or needs a vector store or script.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & workflow automation across marketing, content, design using LLMs and automation tools.
• AI asset & knowledge base architecture with grounded memory databases.
• Production prompt engineering: build and maintain internal prompt/skil libraries.
• Tool & API integration across CRMs, CMS, ad platforms, and design tools.
• Train and enable marketing team to adopt automated workflows.
