Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for remote, worldwide engagement. The role focuses on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows, with emphasis on evaluating AI-generated outputs and providing high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in creative fields and proven paid experience in AI human-data work. Flexible schedule; contractors can work remotely from anywhere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or rubric-based grading.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
