Job summary

The X4 Group is seeking a Sales Associate (Digital Assets & OTC Trading) to originate and develop institutional OTC relationships, connecting counterparties with large-volume digital asset and fiat execution.

You’ll work with family offices, asset managers, funds, digital asset businesses, and corporate treasury teams across international centers; this role is remote and emphasizes an established network rather than building one from scratch.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to institutional clients in digital assets or financial services.
• Established network across family offices, asset managers, or corporate treasuries.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and fiat-to-digital conversions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and introduce institutional OTC clients leveraging an existing network.
• Build a pipeline focused on BTC, stablecoins, and fiat-to-digital conversions.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and understand trading needs.
• Coordinate with OTC desk on pricing and opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry events and private networking opportunities.
