Job summary

Delta Institute, part of Crimson Education, is seeking a Marketing Associate (Campaigns & Growth) to drive global marketing efforts across email, social media, webinars, content and CRM. You will own campaigns end-to-end, collaborate with regional teams, and help move prospects from awareness to enrolment.

The role demands a commercially minded, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or campaign management.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Comfortable interpreting marketing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A commercial mindset with an understanding that successful marketing drives qualified leads, conversions and revenue.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global and remote environment.
• Curious, proactive and eager to experiment, learn and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, partnerships, and other channels.
• Own campaign execution from briefing and audience segmentation through launch and post-campaign analysis.
• Support qualified lead generation and contribute toward revenue targets.
• Support bottom-of-funnel campaigns to convert leads into consultations.
• Experiment with messaging, audiences, channels, and formats to improve lead quality.
