Job summary

Crimson Education seeks a part-time Brand Partnerships & Growth Specialist to expand Indigo Research and Crimson Rise across international markets. Remote role with flexible hours; you’ll open doors with schools, media, creators, and partners.

You will own campaigns from idea to execution, build strategic collaborations, secure media coverage, and measure impact on brand awareness, leads, and revenue. A robust network and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand marketing, partnerships, PR, growth, events, communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience building brands and growth across international markets.
• Active network in priority markets (US, India, Singapore/Southeast Asia, or Middle East)
• Track record of spotting and creating opportunities across partnerships and activations.
• Commercial mindset: awareness can translate to revenue.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong pitching and storytelling.
• Strong relationship-building with journalists, creators, organizations, partners and stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and organized, driving ideas to execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify creative ways to place Indigo and Rise before target audiences through media, podcasts, creators, conferences, schools, events, and activations.
• Strengthen Indigo and Rise’s positioning across markets while keeping a global brand voice.
• Turn stories into campaigns, content, PR, thought leadership, and brand-building opportunities.
• Develop market-specific ideas that raise awareness and drive leads, demand, and revenue.
• Track results and recommend channels and initiatives to scale.
• Open doors with journalists, creators, schools, education organizations, event organizers, and partners.
• Develop collaborations like events, content partnerships, webinars, competitions, and brand activations.
• Secure media coverage, podcast appearances, speaking opportunities, and partnerships; own opportunities end-to-end.
