Job summary

Binance is hiring Full Stack Engineers to act as seeds across product teams, delivering AI-augmented end-to-end development. You will own features across frontend and backend and integrate AI coding tools to maximize efficiency.

You will translate requirements into working implementations, mentor peers, and help scale AI-enabled development across the organization while maintaining strong design and data modeling practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or AI-related field
• 1–5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Java or Golang
• Proficiency in Node.js and React
• Experience owning end-to-end production projects
• Familiarity with database design and data modeling
• Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools and review AI-generated code
• Self-driven and boundaryless—proactively identify what needs to be done
• Product and operational mindset—turn vague ideas into clear specs
• Curious observer—learn from others and suggest improvements
• Strong logical thinking and communication, with a passion for learning

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow to maximize development efficiency
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction
• Act as a full stack seed within the team — champion full stack practices and mentor peers
• Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration
