Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Singapore is seeking a Demand Planning, Staff Analyst who will be responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts across Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts. This position collaborates with commercial, finance, and supply chain teams to create actionable demand plans that support revenue, service-level, and inventory objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience. The role supports remote work and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environments.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a regional, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end regional demand plan.
• Analyze statistical/market forecasts and regional market insights.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs related to forecast accuracy and inventory health.
