Job summary

You will work with Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to chase anomalies to source, fix root causes, and build scalable data processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Exceptionally skilled in Python and SQL, with a demonstrated ability to produce reusable and highly scalable code.
• An eye for detail: you go looking for anomalies in the system before a customer does, and turn messy data into clear visualizations.
• First Principles Thinker: explain past decisions with clear trade-offs and alternatives.
• Curious by Default: dig deeper, chase the why, and ask good questions early.
• You own your output, AI included, and can explain anomalies and fixes without claiming the AI found it.
• Empathy and Urgency: meet customer needs promptly and deliver on time.
• Experience in diverse, cross-cultural teams with a data-driven approach.
• Good to have: basic understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Documentation, reporting, and root-cause analysis of prediction issues: own the problem end to end.
• Analyze ingested and system-generated data for anomalies and gaps, referencing multiple sources to fill them.
• Turn data into stories: surface patterns, propose fixes, and own the plan and execution.
• Automate performance/accuracy reviews, reports, and data visualizations using Python and SQL, building reusable workflows.
• Support Engineering and Data Science on system-level data fixes and improvements to data and features.
• Support Customer Operations and Marketing with insights on performance, accuracy, and real-time events.
