Job summary

KC Intl Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a data-driven Logistics Analyst to optimise operations across air, sea, haulage and 3PL partners.

You will map workflows, identify bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives. You will build real-time dashboards, ensure data integrity in K-WEB, and present findings to regional and HQ leadership. A degree in logistics or related field and 3–5 years’ freight forwarding experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL operations.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight operations, documentation, routing and carrier coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, v-lookup, data modelling and dashboards.
• Clear and concise communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end operational workflows across air freight, sea freight, haulage, and 3PL partners to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of service deviations.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further refinements.
• Own the accuracy and integrity of operational data within K-WEB and related systems.
• Prepare and present monthly operational review decks for management, highlighting key metrics and improvement initiatives.
