Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics operations analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong KPI and performance management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Analyse logistics data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose data-backed solutions.
• Prepare reports for senior management with clear insights.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to gather requirements.
• Forecast demand patterns to optimise workflows.
• Monitor SOP compliance and flag deviations.
• Support continuous improvement via statistical analysis.
