Job summary

Horizon3.ai in Singapore seeks a Sales Development Representative to expand our customer base, generate qualified leads, and connect prospects with the right sales team. You will work remotely with a knowledgeable team and engage in outbound and inbound activities while leveraging tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in SDR or cybersecurity/SaaS, a university degree, and strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with English

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a Sales Development role.
• 6+ months experience in the information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS space.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
• Partnership development experience, including identifying partners and discussing agreements.
• Problem-solving, persistence, and collaboration.
• Experience with Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.
• English language skills welcomed; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, social channels.
• Follow up promptly with inbound leads to avoid missed opportunities.
• Create a strong first impression and use scripts for prospect engagement.
• Coordinate with reps; prepare for qualification calls and discovery meetings.
• Schedule and manage sales calls, emails, and engagements.
• Track leads and drive timely follow-ups with agility.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, etc.
• Help refine and improve the sales development process.
• Stay up-to-date on product information to answer customer questions.
