Job summary

0G Labs is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive execution across business, product, and engineering teams in a remote, distributed environment. You will turn priorities into clear projects with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes while maintaining strong async communication and documentation.

You will coordinate across functions, manage blockers, and support OKR/KPI processes. Mandarin and English fluency are required to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project/program management or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience driving complex, multi-team initiatives and managing dependencies.
• Experience with OKRs, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Excellent written communication and ability to summarize discussions into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Establish operating rhythms for a distributed team with updates and logs.
• Coordinate with engineering and business teams to align requirements and timelines.
• Document context, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
• Identify blockers and risks, driving resolution with stakeholders.
