Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable project manager to oversee a portfolio of initiatives across multiple lines of business, coordinating with business units, operations, technology, projects and Group functions to ensure well‑managed delivery.

You will validate requirements with customers and project teams, prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases, and coordinate one or more teams through requirement gathering, process flow and clear documentation to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects across different lines of business
• Help business to deliver and deliver training, design and execute migration and implementation plans, and work with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, projects and Group functions to ensure well-managed delivery
• Validate requirements with the customer and the project team and provide input to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Coordinate one or more teams through requirement gathering, process flow and production of clear project requirement documentation
• Manage all aspects of projects ensuring milestones are met
• Coordinate one or more teams to ensure resources are available to perform the various tasks of the project
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Head of Business Management/COO.
