Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Sales Team Lead (CNS) for a renowned global healthcare and pharmaceutical company.

This permanent, fully remote role concentrates on driving CNS product sales, expanding patient access, and leading a team of Medical Representatives in Singapore. You will develop territory plans, nurture key CNS accounts (hospitals, polyclinics, private clinics), coach junior staff, and coordinate with marketing to execute plans.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Science/ Medicine or Business or equivalent fields.
Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with CNS.
Results-driven and service-oriented.
Exceptional communicator.
Ethical and collaborative.
A valid Class 3/3A driving license and access to your own transport for territory travel.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets in defined territory/product.
Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge and business environment knowledge.
Apply selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and grow sales.
Monitor CNS market trends and engage key doctors and healthcare professionals.
Plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles.
Report on sales, activity and territory performance to management.
