What You’ll Do
  • Design with Purpose: Create compelling interior concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client preferences.
  • Lead Client Consultations: Guide clients through the design and material selection process.
  • End-to-end Project Management: Guide clients through the renovation process —from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Drive Sales: Identify upselling opportunities, close design packages, and recommend value-adding products and services.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with vendors, and contractors to bring design to life.
  • Project P&L: Ensure project's profitability and project budgetary management
Qualifications
  • Background: Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of interior design experience; sales experience is a big plus.
  • Personality: You love engaging with clients, pitching ideas, and aren’t afraid to ask for the sale.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar), excellent communication, and attention to detail.
