Job summary

NETWORK MEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a remote Sales/Account Executive to close deals with interior design and renovation firms in Singapore.

You will start by building your own book of business, running discovery calls, and closing clients into the programme. You will own each account as their primary contact and trusted advisor, growing the relationship over time. You will manage end-to-end pipeline, hit monthly targets, and drive renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or client success.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and sales calls with interior design firms to diagnose growth bottlenecks and close them into the right programme.
• Manage sales pipeline end-to-end: qualification, follow-ups, objections, and closing with monthly targets.
• Own every closed account as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients and propose next steps.
• Drive renewals by communicating value across the programme and through retention.
• Identify expansion opportunities to move clients to higher programme tiers.
• Generate referrals by building strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and keep promises.
