Job summary

Expertise Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, motivated professional to support business development for recruitment and agency services in a fully remote role. You will focus on client outreach, lead generation, appointment coordination, and professional communication with prospective clients.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, confidence speaking with clients, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in business, marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, customer service, sales support, recruitment, or business development.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Source and maintain databases of prospective companies and key contacts.
• Prepare and improve email outreach, WhatsApp messages and other social media.
• Perform outbound calls to introduce recruitment and agency services.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings with potential clients.
