Qualifications

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales support or client engagement is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Singaporean/PR status required.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm’s outreach and client engagement efforts by connecting with prospective clients, identifying opportunities, and coordinating appointments for the team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Requirements

• Singaporean/PR
• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognized Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales support, or client engagement will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin will be an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal stakeholders
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with new people
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
