Job summary

Tech Aurora Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead to drive backend development using Java and Spring Boot. You will architect microservices, ensure high availability, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable features.

Responsibilities include leading CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and mentoring team members while integrating with various services using Apache technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Technical Lead or similar in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Apache technologies (Kafka, HTTP Server).
• CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Understanding of system integration and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems with Java/Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and smooth integration/delivery processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure system integration with internal/external services using Apache and other tools.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues with timely resolution.
