Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks an experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and digital solutions. You will mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and ensure secure, scalable systems across SDLC.

Ideal candidates have deep Java and Spring Boot expertise, hands-on leadership, and experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or eCommerce environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with Java.
• 3+ years in Technical Lead or similar leadership roles.
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Strong SQL experience and system integration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable Java/Spring Boot applications.
• Provide technical direction across SDLC and drive best practices.
• Guide architecture discussions and align with business goals.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and foster growth.
