Fintech News Singapore - part of Fintech News Network is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Associate to support our sales team from inquiry to onboarding and payment tracking. You’ll manage client interactions, coordinate calendars, and ensure smooth processes for a global client base.

The role is full-time and fully remote, covering Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Fluency in English is required and Mandarin is highly preferred; strong CRM and communication skills are essential for

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales development, customer success or account coordination for B2B media companies, marketing or advertising agencies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, persistent yet respectful, strong organizational skills across follow-ups and billing.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound leads and guide them through initial inquiries.
• Support sales team with follow ups via email, calls and messages on multiple platforms.
• Coordinate client appointments onto sales team calendars.
• Operate independently to deliver results against KPIs, supporting new business.
• Manage vendor onboarding and invoicing documentation for client bookings.
• Monitor payment timelines and ensure timely payments for bookings.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records in relevant systems.
