Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including 4+ years in sales engineering, client services, or consulting.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) strongly preferred, otherwise ability to pass the exam within 3 months of employment.
• Relativity Expert status preferred, otherwise ability to obtain Relativity Expert within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales calls with technical demonstrations and product expertise.
• Lead technical assessments and present Relativity solutions to prospects.
• Collaborate with APAC sales teams and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
