Job summary

Relativity in Singapore is expanding its team to help clients adopt RelativityOne and claiR, its AI-powered experience for lawyers. The role supports customers across Asia, promoting adoption of Relativity’s AI capabilities.

As a Legal AI Advisor, you will work with clients, lead product demonstrations, and guide pre‑sales to post‑sales adoption. Experience as a lawyer with 3+ years and familiarity with Relativity aiR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in at least one EMEA or APAC jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience practising law at a law firm or in-house legal team; litigation experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users; build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organisations
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations; partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases and help secure the legal win
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realisation: support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration, partnering with Customer Success Managers to translate adoption into growth
• Act as the voice of the legal customer; provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering
• Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge; translate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals
