Relativity is expanding its Singapore team and seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist, Field Marketing — Asia, to drive demand generation across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and South Korea. You’ll partner with APAC marketing and sales to align campaigns with regional priorities and manage end-to-end field and digital initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, events).
• Experience of event planning (in-person and/or virtual), including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Experience working in B2B technology or SaaS marketing environments.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or field marketing programs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to regional and global marketing priorities, including digital and event-driven tactics.
• Plan and deliver field and virtual events (e.g., trade shows, customer events, webinars), including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site/virtual execution.
• Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns and events to target accounts, pipeline goals, and customer segments.
• Manage campaign and event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Build and manages multi-channel campaigns using tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana.
• Works with the Asia marketing team to track and report on campaign and event performance metrics; (e.g., engagement, pipeline contribution, ROI) and make data-driven optimisation recommendations.
• Amplifies global marketing initiatives to ensure messaging resonates with audiences across each of the four Asia markets.
• Plays a key role in the delivery of RelFest Sydney and Asia events, including operational and logistical support, audience acquisition, and driving registrations across the region.
