Job summary

TrialScreen Pty Ltd. seeks a senior Business Development Lead to own and grow the ANZ and APAC commercial footprint. You’ll leverage an established network to open doors with biopharma sponsors and CROs, and convert relationships into strategic partnerships.

This fully remote role offers autonomy, a clear path to potential BD director promotion, and compensation consisting of AU$115,000–AU$150,000 base with up to 100% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in life sciences with a proven commercial track record.
• Strong hunter mentality with relationship intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the ANZ commercial pipeline focusing on pharma, biotech, and CROs.
• Close new business opportunities for TrialScreen's REFER solution and services.
• Develop and execute a sales plan including account prioritisation and pipeline management.
• Represent TrialScreen at events and through your network; handoff to delivery post-sale.
• Provide market intelligence to shape product and commercial positioning.
