Sleek is seeking a senior SEO/CRO professional to grow leads from organic and AI traffic across four markets. You will own conversion improvements, diagnose funnel gaps and drive structured CRO changes with product and engineering collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in technical/on-page/off-page SEO, a track record of CRO impact, and experience with AI-driven workflows and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years hands-on SEO across technical, on-page and off-page in B2B or eCommerce.
• Proven CRO impact with quantified outcomes focusing on leads/conversion.
• Hands-on experience building scalable programmatic SEO.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge: Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawl/indexing.

Responsibilities

• Grow leads through high-intent organic and AI traffic.
• Improve site-user→lead conversion across four markets.
• Audit and fix high-traffic pages with CRO fixes and CTAs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship changes.
• Report baseline, tests and per-market progress monthly.
