Job summary

Castlery is seeking an SEO Senior Specialist to own the content engine behind our organic growth. You’ll build a repeatable pipeline for auditing, briefing, optimising and measuring content across verticals, and shape how we measure visibility in AI-generated answers.

Within your first year, you’ll turn a prioritised roadmap into published work that demonstrably moves traffic, engagement and revenue, expand GEO visibility, and collaborate with Social Organic, CRM and Partnerships to convert

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SEO experience with GEO optimisation.
• Experience with e-commerce and online business.
• Storyblok experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the content pipeline across multiple topic verticals—keyword and search-intent research, briefing, reviewing, publishing and ongoing optimisation.
• Audit existing content and landing pages to find gaps and quick wins, plan, execute and measure subsequent optimisations.
• Develop user- and search-focused content formats for traditional search and AI-generated responses.
• Expand Castlery's GEO visibility: create citation-worthy content and monitor generative-AI presence.
• Track traffic, engagement and search performance; build dashboards and prioritise roadmap.
• Apply SEO fundamentals hands-on: metadata, structured data and schema, internal linking, and CMS publishing.
• Raise editorial bar on clarity, structure, persuasion and brand voice.
• Partner with Social Organic, Country CRM and Partnerships to amplify content into awareness and sales.
• Stay ahead of how search behavior is changing and guide the team.
