Our client is an established Singapore-based remittance and payment services provider operating in a MAS-regulated environment. They are hiring a Remittance Officer/Teller to handle customer transactions, cash handling, KYC and daily branch operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present the best image of the company as the first contact with a client or potential client

• Process remittances and ensure transactions comply with local and overseas regulations

• Promote the company’s services

• Attend to any queries from clients and potential clients

• Perform cashiering duties

• Handle the transactions and funds with the utmost care and honesty

• Answer calls and emails

REQUIREMENTS:

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Orchard Road

• Working Days/Hours : 5 days (4 Weekdays + Sunday) / office hours

• Salary: S$2,600 + Variable Bonus(salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
