Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd invites an experienced regulatory reporting professional to join a leading bank in Singapore. You will prepare MAS and other regulatory reports, monitor daily compliance summaries, and maintain reporting documentation.

The role requires at least 5 years in wholesale banking, a tertiary degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting, strong MAS reporting knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of similar working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or Accounting
• Good knowledge of MAS regulatory reports (610, 649 etc.) and corporate loans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare all MAS and other regulatory reports (including surveys)
• Prepare and monitor daily regulatory compliance summary
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes
• Assist in managing changes arising from new regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation
• Accounting/Taxation: Day-to-day accounting e.g. receivables, payables, accruals and prepayments
• Maintenance of accounting system and manual standing data
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Assist in preparation of GST and tax returns and schedules
• Assist in preparation of DOS Surveys
• Prepare and update existing procedural manuals
• Process treasury transactions (FX, money market, derivatives, bonds)
• Payment & Settlement Operations (e.g., SWIFT, FAST, GIRO, wire transfers)
• Loans, Securities & Custody operations
• Bank Reconciliation
• Others ad hoc assignment and various back office operations duties that assigned by the company

Job Description

Job Requirements

Compensation

• Working location: Raffles Place, Singapore


• Working hour: Monday to Friday at 9AM - 5PM


• Entitle for AWS and Variable Bonus


• Annual leaves of 14 days for first year, 20 days for second year and additional 1 day every year for third year onwards (Maximum 25 days)

• Medical Reimbursement up to SGD480 per year and Medical checkup once per year
