AWARE is Singapore's leading gender equality advocacy organisation. We are hiring a Project Manager for Office Relocation to plan, coordinate, and execute a full office move from 5 Dover Crescent to Race Course Road.

The role requires meticulous project management across facilities, IT, and logistics, with a part-time, fixed-term contract until the relocation is complete. Salary range SGD 3,000–3,900 monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in office relocation and related facilities projects.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage complex relocation timelines.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, contractors, IT vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Overall Project Management: develop and manage the relocation plan, timeline and budget.
• New Office Readiness: ensure Race Course Road premises are ready, across all floors and systems.
• IT and Technology Coordination: coordinate IT cutover, connectivity and devices.
• Move Planning and Logistics: plan packing, labelling, and on-site movement of assets.
• Staff Move Coordination and Communication: provide clear instructions and act as main relocation contact.
• Asset Management, Disposal and Procurement: inventory, disposal/donation, and procurement assistance.
• Vendor and Budget Management: obtain quotations and track expenditures against budget.
• Move Day and Operational Readiness: create Run Sheet and coordinate on move day.
