Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) in Singapore seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer to establish and lead the Reliability Test Laboratory, ensuring compliance with JEDEC and customer requirements while expanding capabilities.

You will define qualification methodologies, drive technology transfers, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IC products through robust testing, analysis, and CAPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing with IC process tech and Reliability Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of JEDEC reliability standards and qualification planning.
• Experience with statistical data analysis, DOE, SPC, and CAPA programs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Reliability Test Laboratory with quality oversight.
• Define reliability qualification methodologies and test strategies meeting standards.
• Lead qualification planning for technology transfers and new processes.
• Direct qualification activities, monitor progress, and drive CAPA.
• Develop worldwide customer-specific reliability specifications.
• Evaluate reliability risks of new tech and provide mitigations.
• Use statistical analysis and reliability modeling to improve robustness.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve reliability issues.
• Lead customer reliability reviews and technical discussions.
• Establish KPIs and continuous improvement in lab operations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing reliability team.
