Job summary

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT ASIA PTE LTD is seeking a QA Engineer - Electrical & Instrumentation in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, and reliability of electrical systems within a semiconductor manufacturing facility, through inspection, testing, and commissioning of power distribution, grounding, and life-safety systems.

The candidate will drive QA processes, support ITPs, SOPs, and checklists, and collaborate with contractors and internal teams to close

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in QA/QC or commissioning of electrical systems within high-tech facility projects.
Familiarity with cleanroom electrical protocols, ESD/grounding, and critical power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans for electrical installation works.
Review and support SOPs, MOS, and checklists for electrical and instrumentation works.
Conduct quality inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor punchlists, defects, and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.
Communicate progress, test results, and defect trends with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
Witness and verify electrical testing protocols and participate in FAT/SAT where required.
