Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a maintenance engineer to uphold high reliability of manufacturing and utility equipment. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

You will document activities in CMMS, support IQ/OQ/PQ for new equipment, and participate in CAPA and root-cause investigations with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
• Knowledge of utility systems (chilled water, compressed air, RO water) and production equipment (pumps, homogenizers, filters).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high reliability, uptime, and safety-compliant maintenance of equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on plant equipment and utilities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance, repairs, and calibrations in CMMS.
• Support installation, testing, and qualification of new equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Contribute to root cause analysis, deviation investigations, and CAPA.
