Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations in our Singapore facility. You will oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, drive reliability improvements and manage a team of engineers and technicians.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 6 years in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years' maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers/technicians is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Investigate equipment failures, perform RCA and implement CAPA.
• Ensure all machinery, utilities and facilities are maintained to support manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement via TPM, Lean Manufacturing and reliability practices.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and company policies (LOTO, permit-to-work).
• Monitor KPIs and report on equipment performance, downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production needs.
