Job summary
RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is sourcing a Maintenance Planner & Reliability Coordinator for a client energy storage terminal on Jurong Island, Singapore. The role reports to the Senior Maintenance & Repair Manager and focuses on planning, scheduling, and reliability improvements.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning/co-ordination in industrial facilities.
- Experience with oil & gas terminals, petrochemical plants, or tank farms preferred.
- Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance systems and API653 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and upkeep preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, HSE, and contractors.
- Prepare maintenance work packs, job plans, and shutdown schedules.
- Track backlog and set priorities based on risk and operations needs.
- Monitor KPIs: schedule compliance, asset availability, and work orders.
