Job summary

Jurong Port Universal Terminal Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Reliability Coordinator to join our Engineering team on a full-time basis.

You will optimise maintenance operations, coordinate with Operations, HSE, and contractors, and drive reliability across terminal assets. The role focuses on developing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, maintaining the CMMS, updating drawings and documents, and supporting MOC processes to ensure safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in maintenance planning/asset management within industrial facilities; oil & gas or petrochemical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance systems (vibration/temperature monitoring) and API653 tank maintenance advantageous.
• Proficiency in CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM), engineering drawings, Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for terminal assets.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations, HSE, and contractors to minimise downtime.
• Prepare detailed maintenance work packs, job plans, and shutdown schedules.
• Monitor maintenance backlog and prioritise work based on risk, reliability, and operational requirements.
• Track maintenance KPIs such as schedule compliance, equipment availability, and work order completion.
• Maintain and update equipment register and asset hierarchy.
• Assist in developing maintenance strategies for critical terminal equipment.
• Coordinate implementation of PdM program and perform reliability analysis of equipment.
• Update and maintain as-built drawings, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and site plans.
• Manage drawing revisions and engineering document control processes.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes by updating affected maintenance records and drawings.
• Coordinate contractor work schedules and site access requirements.
• Support procurement activities by preparing technical specifications for spare parts and services.
• Monitor contractor performance and work completion status.
• Verify maintenance records and contractor documentation are properly filed.
• Maintain maintenance data within the CMMS.
• Create and manage work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and equipment records.
• Generate maintenance reports and planning metrics for management review.
• Ensure data quality and consistency within the CMMS platform.
• Comply with terminal HSSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations when required.
• Ensure maintenance activities are planned in accordance with safe work practices and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture within maintenance and contractor teams.

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner & Reliability Coordinator to join our Engineering team at JURONG PORT UNIVERSAL TERMINAL PTE. LTD. This is a full-time position based in the Jurong Island. As Maintenance Planner & Reliability Coordinator, you will play a critical role in optimising our maintenance operations and ensuring the reliability of our port infrastructure and equipment. This position is fundamental to minimising downtime, maximising operational efficiency, and supporting our strategic objectives in terminal operations.

Key responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

Contractor & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate contractor work schedules and site access requirements.S

CMMS Administration

• Maintain maintenance data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

HSE Responsibilities
