Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for a chemical process plant on Jurong Island. You will work with Engineering, Production and contractors to maximise reliability, safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Diploma in an engineering discipline, 3+ years in maintenance planning, and strong SAP Excel data skills. Close collaboration with production and safety teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in an engineering discipline (technical, mechanical, electrical or instrumentation).
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning, scheduling or engineering maintenance.
• Experience in chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical or process/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Proficient in SAP Maintenance Modules and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation preventive maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate corrective maintenance and breakdown repairs; prioritise by urgency, safety and production needs.
• Coordinate with Production to secure maintenance windows and minimise disruption.
• Work with resident contractors to ensure manpower, materials and resources are available.
• Verify staff training and site authorisations; maintain up-to-date schedules and progress reports.
• Plan major shutdown activities with Engineering and Production teams.
• Ensure proper documentation for maintenance, equipment histories, and calibration records.
• Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and improve future schedules.
• Serve as liaison between Maintenance, Engineering, Production, suppliers, contractors, and specialists.
• Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety, engineering, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other maintenance-planning duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
