Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Maintenance Planner for the POVAL and EVAL plants on Jurong Island. The role involves planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, creating SAP PM work orders, and coordinating with maintenance and production teams to optimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of maintenance planning experience in process industries and familiarity with CMMS tools such as SAP PM, Zoho Projects or Microsoft Project. Company transport is provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance planning experience in manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical or process plant environments.
Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating M&P and E&I in-house/contractor maintenance activities.
Familiar with SAP PM or other CMMS systems such as Zoho Projects or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and statutory maintenance activities for POVAL and EVAL plants.
Create and maintain maintenance work orders, job plans, and task lists in SAP PM/CMMS and other planning software.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and shutdown maintenance schedules.
Develop complete job packages including manpower, materials, tools, spare parts, permits, and vendor requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Production to optimize downtime and maintenance windows.
Maintain and prioritize maintenance backlog based on equipment criticality and ops needs.
